Stray is a tribute to the timeless tradition of Czech brewing, born from a desire to master the art of the decoction mash. By wandering off the beaten path of modern simplicity, we embraced a more laborious process to unlock deep, bread-like malt complexities. It is a beer for the restless soul, finding its way home th- rough classic techniques and patient lagering.
 
TASTING NOTES
Expect a rich, golden hue with a crisp bitter- ness. Traditional Saaz, Perle, and Mittelfrüh hops provide elegant floral and spicy aromas, perfectly balanced by the toasted cracker notes of the decoction.
