STORY OF THIS BEER
This unique lager is a local tribute to the craft of our friends at Roast in Copenhagen. We've bridged the worlds of brewing and specialty coffee by infusing a crisp lager base with Cascara - the dried husks of coffee cherries. The result is a sophisticated collaboration that reimagines what a refreshing lager can be, celebrating the delicate, fruit-forward side of the coffee plant.
